H21 Hot-working Mould Steel
1. 3Cr2W8V(H21)steel is typical high thermal strength hot-working mould steel.
2. It possesses fine quenching degree.
3. It has good resistance to thermal fatigue.
4. It has high resistance to tempering.
5. It can be used to make punch and matrix under high temperature and high stresses without shock loads, such as punch and matrix used in horizontal forging machine, embedded lump, copper alloy extrusion mould, die casting mould. It also can be used to make the mould which has larger resistance to pressure stress, bending stress or tensile strength, such as backward extrusion mould. What's more, it can be used to make hot metal cutter under stress in high temperature.
